OPTCL's full name is Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. - For Management Trainee posts, an initial screening based on GATE 2022 score will be used in a 1:3 ratio.
- Then, in order to choose candidates for OPTCL MT recruitment, document verification and interviews will take place.

OPTCL Application Fee 2022
Application fees for OPTCL are as follows:
- Unreserved - ₹ 1000/-
- SEBC Category SC/ST/PWD -₹ 500/-
OPTCL Management Trainee Salary and Training Period
- For the one-year training period, selected candidates in OPTCL will be granted a stipend of Rs. 50,000.
- The candidates would be incorporated as Assistant Manager (Electrical) in E-3 Grade in the Pay Matrix (level EE 2) of Rs. 56,100- Rs. 1,77,500/ after successful completion of training.
- DA, HRA or company housing, Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Health Insurance, Group Insurance, LTC, Gratuity, New Pension System (NPS), and different loans & advances shall be paid in accordance with the Corporation's applicable rules in force from time to time.
