answer 1: China's concern over India joining the NSG are two fold.
One official reason may be that India want to be a part of NSG without undergoing complete procedure i.e without signing the NPT. China strongly opposes this and want India to be no exception.
Another unofficial reason could be that China want it be lone emerging power globally and it is concerned about India's growing close relationship with US in recent years.The way both India and China are emerging to be fastest growing economy,China regards India to be its great competitor.
Steps that India can take to allay China's concern:
i)India should look forward to having peaceful talk with China over issues.
ii)Convey Beijing to focus on better trade policies that would be beneficial to both the countries and working together.
iii)The way this meet between India and China assures India on NSG matter.India must carry this forward.
