One People, One State, One Leader was the Policy of Adolf Hitler. Under this policy, Hitler attacked Austria and merged it with Germany in 1938. Adolf Hitler started World War II when he was the Fuhrer of Germany. He attacked many European countries to merge all of them into one single state of Germany. Hitler announced the One People, One State, One Leader policy before starting the expansion in Europe.

Adolf Hitler is considered an expansionist, and he invaded many European countries. He assumed Der Fuhrer title. After Germany invaded Poland, world war 2 started in 1939, which led to a nuclear attack on Japan by the USA. Hitler wanted to rule all over Europe and remove Jews.

He captured people from the Jewish community and sent them to concentration camps where they either performed physical labor till death or were sent to gas chambers where they would die of suffocation. He caused the Holocaustwhich is known as one of the biggest mass killings of people recorded in the history of mankind.
