OIL Executive Trainee Salary
- During training, the Executive Trainee would be paid a fixed stipend of Rs. 25000 per month. Aside from the stipend, other benefits include free hostel-style lodging on a shared basis and free self-care medical services.
- The Executive Trainee will be required to complete a minimum of one year of training, which may be extended depending on his or her performance.
- The Executive Trainees would be evaluated for absorption into regular Executive Grade B on the pay scale of Rs. 24900-50500 after completing their training.
- Under the cafeteria approach, executives are entitled to extra perquisites and allowances in addition to basic pay and DA.
- Benefits including leave, loans, medical treatment, provident fund, gratuity, and other perks will be available according to corporate rules in effect at the time of training/absorption.
