Oil India Limited is the full form of OIL. OIL is a fully integrated Exploration and Production firm in the upstream sector, having roots in the wonderful year (1889) of India’s oil discovery.

OIL owns and operates a wide range of seismic and geodetic facilities and equipment, as well as 2D and 3D data acquisition, processing, and analysis, drilling, oil and gas field development and production, LPG production, and pipeline transportation.

OIL ET Recruitment through GATE: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the OIL Recruitment through GATE 2022 are required to fulfil the following eligibility. 

Educational Qualification for OIL Executive Trainee

• A four-year full-time BE / B Tech. / B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) program in the corresponding discipline.
• Engineers in their final year of study are also encouraged to apply.

Executive Trainee	Regular Full-time four years B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering Graduate in respective disciplines from UGC/ AICTE approved institutions. Minimum 65% marks in graduation Eligible Disciplines: Mechanical Engineering

How to Apply Online for OIL Recruitment through GATE 2022?

• Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements should apply online at the OIL website. Candidates must visit the OIL website and navigate to the Executive Trainee recruitment section to submit an online application.
• Candidates must apply online, providing the basic information with GATE 2022 Registration Number, Roll No., and GATE 2022 Scorecard.
• After successfully submitting the application, the system will generate a Unique Application Number, which will be printed on the Application Form.

• There is no application processing fee for OIL recruitment 2022.

OIL Executive Trainee Salary

• During training, the Executive Trainee would be paid a fixed stipend of Rs. 25000 per month. Aside from the stipend, other benefits include free hostel-style lodging on a shared basis and free self-care medical services.
• The Executive Trainee will be required to complete a minimum of one year of training, which may be extended depending on his or her performance.
• The Executive Trainees would be evaluated for absorption into regular Executive Grade B on the pay scale of Rs. 24900-50500 after completing their training.
• Under the cafeteria approach, executives are entitled to extra perquisites and allowances in addition to basic pay and DA.
• Benefits including leave, loans, medical treatment, provident fund, gratuity, and other perks will be available according to corporate rules in effect at the time of training/absorption.
