Ohm’s Law does not apply to single-ended electrical devices such as diodes and transistors. This is because the current can flow in one direction. Ohm’s Law states that if all physical conditions and temperature are kept constant, the voltage across a conductor is directly proportional to the current flowing through it.

Summary:
Ohm’s Law is Not Applicable To
Ohm’s law is not applicable to semiconductors because their I-V features are curved rather than linear. However, all AC circuits and conductors follow Ohm’s law. Ohm’s law states that the current through them is directly proportional to the applied voltage.
