The National Testing Agency has announced the examination dates for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2020. As per the trend in 2019, the JEE Main 2020 will be in similar lines. A candidate will be provided with two opportunities such that the better of the two performance will be considered for final AIR. The mode of the examination will be Computer-Based. About NTA
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is responsible for conducting various national level entrance examinations for admissions in undergraduate programmes in the technical institutes across the country. Before 2019, JEE Main 2020 Examination was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
JEE Main 2020 Score by NTA will be for admission to all the NITs, IIITs and Central Funded Technical Institutes participating though Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) subjected to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class examination.
