NMAT 2021: GMAC announces additional Registration Window, Check Fees, Exam Pattern

NMAT Notification 2021: GMAC in its notification of 28th December 2021 has announced an additional registration window for candidates who already have an account but could not register earlier. NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test) is an annual entrance test conducted by the Graduate Management Aptitude Council (GMAC) for the selection of the candidates for MBA programs in NMIMS Mumbai, its other campuses, and also other MBA colleges across the country. NMAT is the abbreviated form for Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Management Aptitude Test. GMAC in its notification has announced the additional registration window for NMAT from Monday, January 3, 2022, to Sunday, January 9, 2022. The NMAT test will be conducted from January 11-15, 2022. 

The candidates who have used all three attempts for the NMAT by GMAC exam for the testing year 1st July 2021 - 30th June 2022 cannot register for the additional window. This means that the candidates who have taken the main attempt as well as the two re-takes, cannot avail of this opportunity. The scores of this university-level exam are used by other top B-schools as well as their selection procedure for the PGDM programs. Note:

  • The three sections of the test can be attempted in any of the 6 possible orders as per the choice of the test taker (one has to decide the order a few minutes before the test starts).
  • Each of the sections is individually timed. Test takers must review their answers before moving on to the other section as once one submits a section, all answers are final.
  • There is NO negative marking in the test.

 NMAT Eligibility 2021-22

  • At least 50% marks in a full-time bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Final year graduation students may also apply and get provisional admission subject to the above condition once they clear their final year exam.
  • There is NO age limit to appear for NMAT 2021-22
