NLC Recruitment Job Profile

NLC Salary Structure

Payscale and Perks - Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) will be given basic pay of INR. 50,000 in the scale of pay of INR. 50,000-1,60,000 (E2 Grade) in training. On successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed in E3 Grade on the scale of pay INR. 60,000-1,80,000 with basic pay of INR. 60,000.

Service Contract Bond - Chosen candidates will be required to complete a Service Agreement Bond for INR.1,00,000 to serve the Corporation for a minimum of three years after completion of training.

The NLC officials will announce the list of all the shortlisted candidates on the official website. Applicants must log in to the accounts to download the interview call letters used while filing forms. In addition, all the shortlisted applicants will be asked to produce the following certificates.
