NLC Recruitment Job Profile

Candidates who will be selected for NLC recruitment through GATE 2023 scores will be responsible for the following given jobs. Here is the basic job profile of the candidates, so they must note that there will be variations in the work done by the candidates as per the engineering discipline of the candidates.

• Candidates will be elected Graduate Executive Trainees (GET) through NLC recruitment through GATE 2023.
• Training & Probation: All the chosen applicants will be in training for at least one year, which will be extendable.

NLC Salary Structure

The salary structure of the candidates employed via NLC recruitment through GATE 2023 is discussed below.

• Payscale and Perks – Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) will be given basic pay of INR. 50,000 in the scale of pay of INR. 50,000-1,60,000 (E2 Grade) in training. On successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed in E3 Grade on the scale of pay INR. 60,000-1,80,000 with basic pay of INR. 60,000.

• Service Contract Bond – Chosen candidates will be required to complete a Service Agreement Bond for INR.1,00,000 to serve the Corporation for a minimum of three years after completion of training.

NLC Recruitment Through GATE 2023- Selection Process

The NLC officials will announce the list of all the shortlisted candidates on the official website. Applicants must log in to the accounts to download the interview call letters used while filing forms. In addition, all the shortlisted applicants will be asked to produce the following certificates.

• A candidate must have proof of (Birth Certificate (or) SSLC / Matriculation Mark List) as Proof of Date of Birth.
• A candidate needs to have proof of having mentioned Qualification (Provisional / Degree Certificates)
• A candidate needs to have proof of having a prescribed percentage of marks in the qualifying degree (Consolidated / Semester-wise mark Statements)
• GATE 2023 Score Card for filling NLC recruitment through GATE 2023 final selection.
• Community Certification in the designated format issued by the Accountable Authority (in a case belonging to OBC(NCL)/ SC/ST categories)
• Disability Certification indicates the type of disability (in the case of PWD).
• Discharge Certificate (if Ex-Servicemen).
• No objection Certificate (in case working employees in PSE / Govt. / Quasi Govt.).
• Self-certified translated representation of the SC/ST/OBC/Disability certificate, either English or Hindi.
