NHPC India Salary and Service Bond
Remuneration
- Candidates will be assigned to the E2 cadre, which pays 20600-3%-46500. (IDA). They will be integrated into the officer cadre with a pay scale of 24900 – 50500 following a one-year probation period.
Service Bond
- The students recruited are entitled to serve for a total of four years, including the time spent in NHPC training. For general bonds, the value is Rs. 2.50 lacks, and for SC/ST bonds, it is Rs.1.25 lacks.
