NHAI: Full Form and Functions

The full form of NHAI is the National Highways Authority of India. The National Highways Development Project (NHDP), India’s largest-ever highways project, will be implemented in phases by NHAI.

The goal of the NHAI is to ensure that all contract awards and procurements adhere to best industry practices in terms of transparency of the process, adoption of bid criteria to ensure healthy competition in contract awarding, project implementation, and the highway system is maintained to ensure maximum user comfort and convenience.

NHAI Deputy Manager Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the NHAI Recruitment through GATE 2022 are required to fulfil the following eligibility. 

Educational Qualification for NHAI Deputy Manager

• A four-year full-time BE / B Tech. / B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) program in the corresponding discipline.
• Engineers in their final year of study are also encouraged to apply.

Deputy Manager	Regular Full-time four years B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering Graduate in respective disciplines from UGC/ AICTE approved institutions. Eligible Disciplines: Civil Engineering

How to Apply online for NHAI Recruitment through GATE 2022?

• Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements should apply online at the NHAI website. Candidates must visit the official website and navigate to the Deputy Manager recruitment section to submit an online application.
• Candidates must apply online, providing the basic information with GATE 2022 Registration Number, Roll No., and GATE 2022 Scorecard.
• The following information should be readily accessible while completing the online application form.

• After successfully submitting the application, the system will generate a Unique Application Number, which will be printed on the Application Form.

NHAI Application Fee 2022

• ₹1000/- plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Deputy Manager category
• There is no application processing fee for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM candidates

NHAI Deputy Manager Salary

• Selected candidates would be paid at Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Pre-revised: Pay Band-3 [(Rs.15,600-39,100/-) + Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-)] with Central DA.
