National Fertilizer Limited (NFL), a Schedule ‘A’ Mini Ratna (Category-I) Company, has its registered office in New Delhi.NFL manufactures and sells Neem Coated Urea, four types of Bio-Fertilizers (solid and liquid), Bentonite Sulphur, and other industrial products such as Ammonia, Nitric Acid, Ammonium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate. The company’s brand name is well-known in the market as ‘KISAN.’
Apart from manufacturing, the company is gradually expanding its business by importing and trading various agro-inputs such as Non-Urea Fertilizers, Certified Seeds, Agrochemicals, Bentonite Sulphur, and City Compost through its existing PAN India dealer network under a single-window concept.

Educational Qualification for NFL Management Trainee
A four-year full-time programme in BE / B Tech. / B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) / a government-accredited institute in the respective discipline. Engineers in their final year of study are also encouraged to apply.

NFL Recruitment 2023 Selection Procedure
- The first merit list would be prepared on the basis of the latest GATE 2023 score.
- Based on the first merit list and availability of seats, a call letter for an interview/GD will be issued.
- The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the GATE 2023 score interview/GD marks.

- GATE 2023 Registration Number, Roll No., and GATE 2023 Scorecard.
- Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements should apply online at the NFL website. Candidates must visit the website and navigate to the recruitment section to submit an online application.

- If the application is accepted after it is submitted online, the system will generate a Unique Application Number, which will be printed on the Application Form.
NFL Application Fee 2023
- For the position of Management Trainee, the application fee is Rs. 1000/- plus bank charges and any taxes (GST).
- For SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM candidates, there is no application processing fee.
