Annamalai University has released the detailed subject-wise syllabus for TNSET 2021 Exam. TNSET Application form started from 7th June 2021 and will end on 7th July 2021. The exam date for TNSET will be announced later. The TNSET examination will be conducted in General Studies and 26 subjects in pen and paper mode (OMR based) in various centres spread over across the State.

For clearing the Tamil Nadu SET Exam candidates must attempt Paper-1 and Paper-2. After clearing the TNSET Exam candidates becomes eligible for Assistant Profesor in the state of Tamil Nadu.
TNSET Paper 1 is for 100 marks Paper-2 is of 200 marks. Paper 1 is of 1 hour and Paper 2 is two hours. There is a gap of half-hour in between both the papers.

Is there any negative marking in TNSET?
Anyone with a degree of masters or equivalent with a minimum score of 55% marks in the qualifying exam for the general category and 50% marks for all reserved category candidates.
