NABARD SO Selection Process
Stage 1: On the basis of academics/education background, work experience, résumé and skillset, and appropriate certification, candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio.
Stage 2: Short-listed candidates will be assigned projects based on their job profiles. Following that, a screening interview will be conducted based on their project and other technical knowledge relevant to their job description. This is going to be a qualifying situation.
Stage 3: In the last stage the selected candidates will be called for a final interview round.
On the basis of qualification, experience, and other factors, candidates for the remaining positions will be shortlisted for an interview in a 1:10 ratio.
