MPSC साठी कमाल संधींची मर्यादा रद्द

महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाने (MPSC) भरती परीक्षेची तयारी करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांसाठी जास्तीत जास्त संधी सुधारित केल्या आहेत.

The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has revised the maximum opportunities for candidates preparing for the recruitment exams.

• एमपीएससीने उमेदवारांसाठी कमाल संधीची मर्यादा काढून टाकण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे आणि आता पूर्वीप्रमाणेच, उमेदवारांना श्रेणीसाठी निश्चित केलेल्या वयोमर्यादेनुसार परीक्षेला बसण्याची संधी असेल.
• The MPSC has decided to remove the maximum opportunity limit for candidates, and now, as in the past, candidates will have the opportunity to appear for the examination according to the age limit fixed for the category.

MPSC Commission Previous Decision

MPSC विविध राज्य सरकारी पदांसाठी भरती परीक्षा घेते. एमपीएससी आयोगाने राज्य सरकारला या प्रक्रियेसाठी पात्र उमेदवारांची नियुक्ती करण्याची शिफारस केली आहे.

MPSC ने सेट केलेल्या वयोमर्यादेमुळे उमेदवाराला कितीही वेळा परीक्षेला बसता येते.

• तथापि, निवड प्रक्रियेत सुधारणा करण्याच्या प्रक्रियेचा एक भाग म्हणून, UPSC च्या धर्तीवर MPSC आयोगाने 2020 मध्ये उर्वरित मागास प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांसाठी खुल्या प्रवर्गातील (गैर राखीव) उमेदवारांसाठी जास्तीत जास्त सहा संधी निश्चित केल्या आहेत, तर mpsc ने स्पष्ट केले होते की कमाल संधी मर्यादा SC आणि ST श्रेणीतील उमेदवारांना लागू होणार नाही.
• मात्र आता या निर्णयात एमपीएससी आयोगाने बदल केला आहे.
• The MPSC conducts recruitment exams for various state government posts. The MPSC commission recommends to the state government appoint candidates who qualify for this process. 
• The age limit set by the MPSC allowed the candidate to appear for the exam any number of times. 
• However, as part of the process of reforming the selection process, the MPSC commission along the lines of the UPSC fixed a maximum of six chances for open category (non-reserved) candidates maximum of nine chances for the remaining backward category candidates in 2020, while mpsc had clarified that the maximum opportunity limit would not apply to SC and ST category candidates. 
• But now, the decision has been modified by the MPSC commission.

Why MPSC Cancelled the Attempt Limits?

The MPSC considered the representations received from the candidates, the fewer opportunities available to the candidates due to the restrictions on recruitment and the fact that the candidates should not be harmed. Accordingly, it was decided to provide opportunities to the candidates according to their age limit.

एमपीएससीने उमेदवारांकडून मिळालेले निवेदन, भरतीवरील निर्बंधांमुळे उमेदवारांना उपलब्ध असलेल्या कमी संधी आणि उमेदवारांचे नुकसान होऊ नये या गोष्टींचा विचार केला. त्यानुसार उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या वयोमर्यादेनुसार संधी देण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला.
