MICAT exam is conducted twice in a year and the candidates have the option to appear for the MICAT test twice and the best of the two scores will be considered. MICAT Registration 2023 for MICAT-II has already started and will close at 11:50 PM on January 16, 2023. Until the deadline, all eligible candidates can register online. The MICAT-II will take place on January 28, 2023. MICAT will be conducted across 48 cities in the country. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for either CAT/XAT/GMAT in order to appear for the MICAT exam. The score obtained in the MICAT exam by an individual candidate in a particular sub-section of MICAT-I/MICAT-II, e.g. Verbal Ability will be converted into a Normalized Score.
- Registration involves completing the MICAT application form, uploading photographs, and paying the registration fee (INR 2100 for all categories).
- From January 24, 2023, onwards, candidates who have paid their application costs can download the MICAT Admit Card.
MICAT is a computer-based test that is administered twice for the PGDM-C and PGDM 2023-2025 batch. The higher of the two MICAT scores will be taken into account.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's Degree (10 + 2 + 3 system) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for admission to the Post-graduate Programmes (PGP) both, PGDM (C) and PGDM. Candidates in their final year of Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.

Steps to Fill MICAT-II Application Form 2023-25
The MICAT-II 2023-25 application process is entirely online, and candidates must register for it on the organization's website.
Requirements for MICAT Registration
- A desktop or laptop PC with decent internet access
- A genuine email address as well as contact information
- A recent snapshot in the size and format required
- Mark sheets or degree certificates (needed to fill up the application form's details)
Steps to Register for MICAT-II 2023-25
- To acquire a User ID and password, register using your basic information.
- Log in again and complete the form with your personal and academic information.
- You have three alternatives for paying the fee: credit card, demand draught, or counter payment.
- Before submitting your MICAT-II Application Form 2023-25, make sure it's complete.
The methods for submitting an online application for the MICAT-II 2023-25 exam are outlined below.
Step 1: Registration
- Click on the "Apply Online" option for the PGDM-C Course on the MICA Official Website.
- There are two possibilities: new registration and existing users.
- The instructions page displays after clicking on New Registration.
- Candidates must fill out the following fields on the registration form: Title, Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number and Captcha code. Applicants must agree to the terms of the MICAT Registration form by clicking the "I agree" button.
- A confirmation screen with your id and password displays when you submit your application.

Step 2: Filling MICAT-II Application Form
MICAT-II 2023 applicants must fill in the following information.
- Personal Details like Date of birth, gender, age, nationality, and marital status are all factors to consider. Names of parents, academic qualifications, and mailing address
- The candidates must then fill in the following information: Permanent Address, Contact Information, and Center of Preference: The candidate can choose between three MICAT Exam Centers and, if desired, a GE/PI facility.
- Qualification details like 10th and 12th, graduation, master's degree and other additional degree details.
- Details on the CAT/XAT/GMAT exams, as well as the uploading of a photograph and signature
Step 3: Payment of MICAT-II 2023-25 Application Fee
For all categories, the application fee is INR 2100. Candidates can pay the MICAT-II 2023 application fee in two ways: offline or online. They can pay their application fee online, in cash (SBI only), or by demand draft.
The processes to pay the MICAT-II application fee online are outlined below:
- Click the "Online Payment" option to pay the application fee online.
- Select the appropriate option and fill in all of the required information.
- Then, on the "Pay" button, click.
- The Payment Receipt will be generated after the application fee has been paid successfully.
- Click the "Print" button to get a printout of the Payment Receipt.
*Note: Application fee is NON REFUNDABLE and should be payable by all candidates.
The steps for paying the application fee in cash are outlined below (SBI only):
- Click the "Payment through SBI Bank" button to pay the application fee in cash.
- Take a printout of the SBI Bank Challan after that.
SBI Bank is a Japanese financial institution. A candidate must pay the application against this challan at SBI Bank, which will be separated into three sections. Candidates should remember to collect both halves of the challan. The candidate's copy will be one portion, and the MICA copy will be the other. Candidates must sign the MICA copy before sending it to the MICA collection centre.
The following are the steps to pay the application fee by Demand Draft:
- Candidates can also pay their application fee by Demand Draft written in the name of "MICA" and payable in Ahmedabad.
- To pay using this approach, a candidate must select Demand Draft as the payment option.
- A payment advice form will appear when you select this option.
- Take a printout of it and send it along with the DD to the MICA collection centre.

Step 4- Printing MICAT-II Registration Form
This is the last step in the MICAT 2023-25 Registration process.
- Check all of the details in the Application Form after you've paid the application cost.
- Click the "Edit Button" if you want to change something.
- Then press the "Submit Button" button.
- Obtain a copy of the MICAT-II 2022 Application Form.
