म्हाडा अंतर्गत घेण्यात येणाऱ्या भरतीप्रक्रियेत वेगवेगळ्या पदांसाठी वेगवेगळी शैक्षणिक पात्रता सांगितलेली आहेत. उमेदवार वरील दिलेल्या अधिसूचनेमध्ये तपशीलवार शैक्षणिक पात्रता तपासू शकतात.

12.	Shorthand Writer	Passed Senior Secondary School; Government Commerce Certificate in a shorthand examination of 80 S.P.M. And English Typing Examination 40 SPM. and Marathi Typing Examination 30 SPM
13.	Surveyor	Passed Senior Secondary School; two-year certificate in the subject of Surveyor
14.	Tracer	Passed Senior Secondary School; passed Intermediate Grade Drawing Examination or Accredited Architectural Drawing Examination or its equivalent examination; Holds an Industrial Training Institute (I.T.I)certificate in architecture.

MHADA Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

म्हाडा अंतर्गत घेण्यात येणाऱ्या विविध पदांसाठी उमेदवारांची निवड करताना दोनशे गुणांची ऑफलाईन परीक्षा पदनिहाय घेण्यात येणार आहे.
Two hundred marks offline examination will be conducted for the selection of candidates for various posts under MHADA.
गुणवत्ता यादीत अंतर्भाव करण्यासाठी उमेदवाराने ऑफलाईन किंवा लेखी परीक्षेत एकूण गुणांच्या किमान 45 टक्के गुण प्राप्त करणे आवश्यक राहील.
In order to be included in the merit list, the candidate will have to obtain at least 45% of the total marks in the offline or written examination.
Candidates can view the syllabus for various posts through official advertisements.
