Eligibility Criteria for MECL Executive Trainee 2022

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to be considered for MECL Recruitment through GATE 2022.

Educational Qualification for MECL Executive Trainee

Interested candidates must meet the following educational requirements in the particular discipline.

Executive Trainee	A full-time bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with a minimum GPA of 65 percent is required. Students in their last year/semester will also be considered, however, they must have a 65 percent grade in their engineering degree to be considered. Eligible Disciplines: Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Instrumentation Engineering

Age Limit for MECL ET

Candidates interested in MECL recruitment 2022 must meet the following age requirements as of 31st July 2022, in addition to the other requirements.

Selection Procedure for MECL Executive Trainee

• Candidates interested in applying for the above position must have appeared in the GATE-2022 paper.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE-2022 score and other eligibility requirements, as per MECL’s current Recruitment Rules.
• The candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted for document verification and personal interview.
• Only after comprehensive document verification as per the advertised criteria will candidates be authorised for a personal interview.

• Candidates must register on the Online Recruitment Portal by providing all required information. Candidates can access the Online Recruitment Portal after successfully completing the registration process. • Applicants are recommended to take a printout of the system generated application form after successfully submitting for a specific vacancy in the Online Recruitment Portal.

MECL ET Salary & Service Bond

• Candidates would be absorbed into the pay scale Rs. 20,600-46,500/- (IDA) (Pre-Revised Pay Scale) with a starting basic of Rs.20,600/- (Pre-Revised).
• The chosen individuals will be trained for a year. The trainee officers may be assigned to any of MECL’s projects, zonal offices, or corporate offices throughout India.
• In the first instance, the appointee will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of appointment.
• The selected candidates would be asked to sign a service agreement bond in the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- on a non-judicial stamp paper in the amount of Rs. 500/-, agreeing to serve the Company for a minimum of 02 (two) years, including the training term.
