It is a two-step procedure that includes the NMAT by GMAC exam scores as the shortlisting criterion, and the second entrance stage requirements, which includes Case Discussion and  Personal Interview for the shortlisted applicants in 2022.

The actual cut-off range for admissions in NMIMS MBA is between the 80-94 percentile. As part of the selection process, NMIMS will consider the following factors:

• As part of the final admission process, NMIMS-SBM, Mumbai would evaluate the candidates' NMAT by GMAC 2022 test scores.
• Based on their NMAT by GMAC exam scores and their most recent choices of courses stated on the NMIMS application form, shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
• If you are applying to NMIMS Mumbai or another campus, you will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Admissions test score, academics, job experience, and competence in Written Analytical Test (WAT)  and Personal Interview (PI).
• For job experience of fewer than six months, no weightage will be given. Coursework done as part of a course requirement will also not be recognized.
• Merit shall be the only criterion for selection. NMIMS will be the sole decision-maker of the final decision on the merit list's cut-off point.

Eligibility Criteria for NMIMS MBA Admission:

• As part of the NMIMS MBA/PGDM Admissions Criteria, a candidate must be enrolled for the NMAT by GMAC 2022 and get a high score to be considered for admission.
• Candidates who have passed or participated in a graduating test at a university that calculates Grade Point Average (GPA) must provide the corresponding percent in writing from the institution.
