JGBS placements 2020 experienced 100% placements for its MBA program. The placement drive welcomed more than 78 recruiters from the corporate world for their 2020 placement program. However, the recruitment drive for the BBA and the Integrated BBA (Hons.) and MBA program for 2020 got completed recently.

• During the 2020 recruitment drive, maximum students were from the business specialization, and the maximum percentage was of freshers (80%) while the percentage for the experienced was (20%).

• The Office of Career Services (OCS) helps students align their skills and sharpen their expertise in tandem with the industry expectations. 
• OCS is responsible for developing essential skills in students to explore the world of employment and new career options. 
• Right from career planning through counselling to exploring personal interests, aptitudes, and abilities, to professional development through employability-linked training, to learning about corporate grooming, everything is undertaken and prearranged by the OCS at the JGBS.
• The Corporate Relations Office arranges companies to visit the campus after receiving their primary details regarding Job Profile offering/ Project work, remuneration details, and the desired students’ profiles. 
• The next step taken by the Office of Career Service (OCS) is to make the requisite arrangements for Pre-placement talks (PPT) and the final selection process. 

JGBS witnessed 100% placements for its MBA program students. More than 78 recruiters hired students from the Post Graduate Program and the 5-Year Integrated Program in Management.
