IIM Lucknow Placements 2022 for the 36th full-time PGP (Batch 2020-22) were successful despite the pandemic and concluded with a 100% placement rate. The placement cycle witnessed participation from top recruiters across the country. Overall, 534 offers were secured by a batch of 491 students across domains. IIM Lucknow placements recorded the highest domestic CTC at Rs 58 LPA and international CTC at Rs 61.59 LPA.
Students were offered coveted roles across domains including Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT & Analytics, Marketing, and Operations. Some of the marquee recruiters that participated in the placement process were Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez and Marsal, Amagi, Asian Paints, Atlassian, Avendus Capital, Axis Group, Bain & Co., Boston Consulting Group, Byju’s, Colgate Palmolive, Deloitte, Diageo, Ernst and Young, FinIQ, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, HDFC Bank, HSBC, Mastercard, McKinsey & Co., Microsoft, Myntra, Paytm, Pidilite, RPG, Samsung, Standard Chartered, Vodafone-Idea, Wells Fargo and Xiaomi among others.
