In addition, the candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in either the Secondary or the Higher Secondary Examination of a Board (or equivalent). 60% of the seats in the programme are reserved for applicants belonging to the reserved categories (including EWS).
MBA	2 years	Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories], from a recognized institution in any subject. Final year candidates can also apply for admission. The candidate should be able to provide the required proof latest by June 30, 2022, from the Principal/Registrar of his/her university/College/Institute (issued on or before June 30, 2022). The candidates who have not received their graduation results at the time of registration will have to produce certificates and mark sheets in original along with the photocopies as soon as the respective University/Institute publishes the results, latest by December 31, 2022, otherwise registration as a student of IIM Calcutta will be automatically cancelled and he/she will be required to withdraw from the MBA Programme forthwith.
MBA Ex	1 year	A Bachelor's Degree (minimum 10+2+3 years of formal education) or equivalent in any discipline At least 5 years of full-time post-qualification managerial/professional experience as of March 31, 2022. Valid GMAT Score (taken within the last 36 months of application date).
PGPEX-VLM	1 year first	First-Class Graduate Engineers with First Division/ First Class Marks from Secondary Examination onwards. Self-sponsored candidates, not in service. - Minimum 4½ (four and a half) to maximum 10 (ten) years of work experience in manufacturing, engineering, and related sector; holding responsibilities in production planning and control, research, design and development, quality control, plant engineering, maintenance, supply chain, construction, etc. Sponsored candidates need to have a minimum of 4½ (four and a half) years’ work experience only. In these cases, there is no upper limit of experience. Candidates on study leave also need to have a minimum of 4½ (four and a half) years’ work experience only. There is no upper limit of experience in these cases. They are eligible for participating in the placement process only on submission of a “No Objection Certificate” from the Company/ Employer. Please note that participation in the placement process does not guarantee placement.
PGDBA	2 year	A candidate must hold a graduate/post-graduate degree with any of the following: 10+2+4/10+2+5/10+2+3+2, with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale in the Qualifying Degree (i.e., B. Tech./ B.E./ M.Sc./ M.Com. or equivalent). A one-year MBA will not be considered equivalent of M.Sc./M.Com. Candidates with 10+3(Engineering diploma) +3(lateral entry into B.E./B.Tech.) with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale in the Qualifying Degree (i.e., B. Tech./ B.E.), or with 10+2+4(B.Sc.) with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale in the Qualifying Degree (i.e., B. Sc.), or with B.Com. + CA with at least 60% marks (Intermediate and Final examinations of the CA considered together) are also eligible. For SC/ ST and Person with Disabilities (PWD) category candidates, the qualifying marks for eligibility shall be 55% or CGPA 6.0 on a 10-point scale. The CGPA will not be converted into percentage marks even if the degree awarding Institute provides marks in the CGPA system. Their admission will be based on the CGPA awarded in the transcript. If the CGPA is on a different scale than 10, the eligibility of a candidate will be based on the equivalence of the CGPA on a 10-point scale. Candidates, who are in the final year, are also eligible to apply provided they appear in the final examination and complete other academic requirements as specified above by July 31, 2022. For such cases, admission will be provisional subject to submission of the final mark sheet by December 31, 2022.
