MH-CET (MBA) is a Computer-Based State-Level Entrance Examination for MBA/MMS Programme that provides 150 minutes to solve 200 questions in MCQ format (five options). There are however no negative marking for the incorrect answers. The colleges covered under MH-CET (MBA) are JBIMS, K J Somaiya, and many others in Maharashtra. The exam is conducted by Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. MH-CET MBA exam consists of 5 sections: Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Reading Comprehension. Prepare Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension Section Of MH-CET (MBA) 2022

As stated earlier the VARC section usually consists of 50 questions each having 1 mark for every correct answer.

The VARC section includes passages to test the reading ability of the candidates. It consists of questions on the following:

Error Correction
Sentence Improvement
Para Completion
Idioms and Phrases
Vocabulary
Fill In The Blanks
Para Jumbles

As they say “Don’t practice Until you get it Right. Practice Until You Can’t Get It Wrong”. To score well in this section, spend around one hour daily on brushing up on grammar concepts, reading at least 10 articles every day from newspaper/e-newspaper by keeping a strict eye on time this would help in improving the reading speed, enhancing the vocabulary, and keeping important points of the article in mind. Sometimes, it becomes important to read the questions of the RC followed by reading the RC. This would help in finding answers side by side hence, a time-saving trick. For enhancing vocabulary, make it a habit to keep your e-dictionary handy. And when you are reading a newspaper or article just read them on screen, this will make your eyes and body familiar with a display screen where you have got to write your exam finally.

One needs to practice as many mock tests as possible. These mock tests are way more productive than one can ever think. The difficulty level of the exam is accurately set, and challenges are given in such a way that they prepare the candidate for the actual battle.
