- The exam must be conducted at least 4 months after the purchase date
- The offer is valid only on the Prelims exam
- Refund will be made post deducting 18% GST
- It is mandatory to share the Roll Number to validate the refund request
- Refund will be made within 45 days from sharing the Roll number or User ID details
- Refund will be made to the Bank details shared by the Student
- Once a refund is made, the subscription will cease to exist and will be cancelled
