AIBE Exam Overview

All Indian Bar Examination, abbreviated as AIBE Exam is a national-level exam for all Law graduates, who want to pursue their career in the Court of Law. It is conducted once every year by the Bar Council of India for both LLB and LLM Graduates. The candidates who qualify for the AIBE Exam XVII (17) will be issued a COP (Court of Practice) certificate which will allow them to practice the law in Indian Courts. Note one thing, the candidates without this certificate cannot practice in the Indian Courts. AIBE Exam 2023 was conducted in offline modes. A total of 100 MCQ questions were asked and the total exam duration was 3 hours and 30 Minutes. AIBE Exam XVII (17) Process

The exam conducting authority BCI conducts this exam in the below-mentioned process.

Step 1: AIBE Exam Only Apply

Applicants must first submit an online application for the AIBE Exam XVII (17), on the official BCI website. The three stages of the AIBE application process include registration, filling out the application form, and paying the application cost. The cost of the AIBE 2023 application is INR 2,560 for SC, ST, SC-PWD, and ST-PWD categories and INR 3,560 for General, OBC, Gen-PWD, and OBC-PwD categories. There are two ways to pay the fee: online (using Net Banking, a debit card, or a credit card) and offline (using bank challan).

Step 2: Download AIBE Exam XVII (17) Admit Card

The candidates can download their admit cards cum hall tickets from the BCI official website. You must keep your login details aside at the time of downloading the AIBE admit card. It will contain all the important details including the exam date, centre, time and more.

Step 3: Appear for AIBE 2023
