Which section to start first?

Always take the sections on the basis of your expertise. The candidates should not waste time over the section they are not well prepared for. They should solve the other sections with good command.

Generally, for KVS PRT and TGT candidates can start with the concerned subject section, as it is all reading part, which won’t take your much time to solve the 80 questions and for TGT paper starts with pedagogical subject or Current Affairs section. After this subject, you can go through the section in which you feels comfortable.

Preparation Tips:

1. Refer to the KVS Syllabus and Exam Pattern

2. Analyse the previous years' question papers to become familiar with the exam pattern.

3. Follow a proper study plan to cover the syllabus on time.

4. Refer to the self-made notes.

5. Practice mock tests and quizzes.

6. Current affairs section also plays a major role so prepare notes on the same also.

7. Refer to NCERT Books for basic preparation.

Do’s and Don’ts during the Exam:

  • Do not devote so much time to the question you are not sure about.
  • Do not lose your calm.
  • Do not be in a hurry while doing a question
  • Do not guess the answer.
  • Do attempt the questions left in the remaining time.
  • Do read all the questions properly.
  • Do relax and stay calm.
  • Do attempt only those questions you are sure of.
