Last-minute Do's for ESE EE Exam
- Revise the short notes & bookmarked questions from subjects of ESE Electrical like Power system, and Network Theory.
- Stay attentive, trust your hard work, be peaceful.
- Avoid late-night studies before the exam.
- Keep all your documents like Admit Card and stationery handy.
Last-minute DON'Ts for ESE EE Exam
- Avoid extreme conversation including social media & mobile calls before the ESE EE exam.
- Stay concentrated on your exams. Don't think of Plan 'B.'
- Don't read or try to learn anything new during the final moment.
- Don't study all the short notes on the last day of the exam this can lead to a very bad situation.
- Don't be worried in the exam if you fail to solve simple questions.

- Candidates have to cover their faces with masks (prefer N95 masks).

- Keep proper social distancing. Please reach the center early to avoid crowding.
How to Attempt the ESE EE Exam
- Try to do rough work in a small space near the question in small writing.
- Try to solve some questions with a pencil.
- Solve questions in which you are convinced first.
- Don't leave the bubbling of the answers for the last 5 min.
- Always use a ballpoint pen of 0.5 mm to bubble the OMR sheet proved for the ESE exam.
- Don't forget to carry your wristwatch (analog type).
How to Solve Paper -1 / General Engineering Aptitude Paper in 2 Hrs
- The exam begins at 10 AM, so reach the exam platform on time.
- Try to reach at least 1 hr before so that if any hardship is there, you have abundant time.
- Soothe yourself down. Don't coddle in what others are doing.
- Try to focus as a good attempt, this will grow your confidence.
- Try to solve 100 questions ie. half of the paper in 1.30 hours to maintain a good track speed.
- Don't compromise with the exactness of the attempts.
- An attempt of 55+ questions is good sufficiently to manage a score of 85 above.
How to Solve Paper -2 / Technical Paper in 3 Hrs
- Forget about the first half and start concentrating again on the second half of the exam.
- Don't let the first-half impact you either in a fair or bad sense.
- Solve the queries in which you are satisfied first.
- Try to complete the attempts in 2.15 hours and correct bubbling on the OMR sheet.
- In the remaining 15-20 min solve questions of lengthy calculations.
- Don't assume and try questions in the last 5 min.
- A score of 150+ can be easily managed by attempting 105+ questions.
