- Students should buy either 12 or 24 months packs to be eligible for the plan
- The date of purchase should be at least 4 months before CTET Exam date.
- Maintaining an attendance of a minimum of 45 hrs every month is mandatory
- Attendance for the first month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis (depends on the time of month the student has joined)
- Money-Back Guarantee is applicable only for CTET Exam. Refund will only be considered on failing to clear CTET Exam.
- If any candidate appears in both paper 1 & Paper 2 and qualifies any one of the exam, he/she will not be eligible for the refund.
- Refund will be made post deducting 18% GST
- Before every CTET attempt, it is mandatory to share the Roll Number to validate the refund request.
- Refund will be made within 45 days from sharing the Roll number or User ID details
- Refund will be made to the Bank details shared by the Student
- Once a refund is made, the subscription will cease to exist and will be cancelled
- Validity of the subscription plan will be extended in case CTET exam doesn't happen atleast once in the tenure. (Ex: Delay in upcoming exam notification dates)
