Apply Online for KPSC JE Recruitment 2022
The step-by-step process for the KPSC JE is as follows :
Step 1: Go to the official website of KPSC.
Step 2: If you have not registered with KPSC, click on the “New User” tab at the right end of the page.
Step 3: Now, Create your KPSC Login ID and Password.
Step 4: In the next step, submit the required documents like educational certificates, photo, digital signature, address details, experience certificates, etc to create your profile with the KPSC.
Step 5: Now click on the “Online Application” tab.
Step 6: Search for KPSC JE Notification and apply online.
Step 7: Once the online applications have been successfully submitted, click on the “My Application” tab to pay the application fees.
Step 8: Save the payment receipt for future reference.

KPSC JE Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates who are going to apply for the KPSC JE recruitment are only eligible to apply when they have the following eligibility criteria of KPSC. Those who do not have the following of KPSC will be disqualified at any stage of the KPSC JE selection process.
KPSC JE Educational Qualification
Candidates who are going to apply for the KPSC JE must have the following educational qualification:
- Candidates Must have a 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering or Graduation Degree in Engineering from a government-recognized institute.
KPSC JE Age Limit
As per the released KPSC JE Notification 2022, a candidate must have the following age limit rule. There is no age relaxation for unreserved categories.
- Minimum Age Limit - 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit - 35 Years

KPSC JE Salary
Aspirants appointed as Junior engineers in the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) will receive a salary of Rs. of ₹33,450 to ₹62,600/-. However, candidates will also receive other benefits such as House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Medical Insurance, and other pay and perks as per the rule.
KPSC JE Selection Process
Candidates interested in applying for the KPSC JE recruitment 2022 should remember that every candidate will be selected on the basis of the marks secured in the offline written examination followed by the document verification process. Those who qualify for all the KPSC JE selection processes will finally be appointed as junior engineers in the Karnataka State.
KPSC JE Exam Pattern
The KPSC JE recruitment 2022 exam pattern will be as follows :
- The KPSC JE written exam will conduct offline.
- The KPSC JE paper has the only objective type of questions.
- There would be a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer marked you in the KPSC Jr. Engg. written test.
- The KPSC JE exam is divided into two papers i.e., Paper-1 & Paper-2.
- The KPSC JE Paper 1 would have 100 questions from General Studies of 100 marks.
- The KPSC JE Paper 2 would have 100 questions from General English, General Kannada, and Computer Knowledge of 100 marks.
