No, Paradip Port is not the Deepest Port in India. Paradip Port is a natural, deep-water port in the Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha, India, about 53 kilometers (33 miles) from Jagatsinghpur city. It is situated near the confluence of the Mahanadi River and the Bay of Bengal, 260 nautical miles (nm) north of Visakhapatnam and 210 nautical miles (nm) south of Kolkata.
