Both the exams are commenced with a written test followed by the Interview Round. Candidates who qualify the written test should appear for the Interview Round. The final selection is purely based on the performance in the Interview Round.
Hence, Interview Rounds are always of great significance and require proper guidance and exposure to all the possible technical questions. Apart from preparing the written test one should focus on building overall personality and should have a good knowledge of their technical subjects for the Interview Rounds.
