Indian Navy 2022 AA SSR Eligibility Criteria

Indian Navy has released the application forms for filling the posts for Sailors for AA (Artificer Apprentice) & SSR (Senior Secondary Recruits). Total of 2500 vacancies are there (500 for AA & 2000 for SSR). Apply link has been activated from 29th March & will be open till 5th April 2022.

Indian Navy AA/SSR 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Indian Navy AA SSR eligibility criteria are described by the officials of the Indian Navy. In order to apply for the exam, the candidates must fulfill the below eligibility criteria:

  • Only Male Candidates who are not married can apply for this exam.
  • Qualification Criteria for AA: The Candidates who wish to apply for Artificer Apprentice (AA), must have qualified 10+2 examination with 60% marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics, with at least one of these subjects - Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science.
  • Qualification Criteria for SSR: The Candidates who wish to apply for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR ), must have qualified 10+2 examination with Maths & Physics, with at least one of these subjects - Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science.
  • Age Criteria: Candidates should be Born Between 01 Aug 2022 to 31 Jul 2005 (Both dates inclusive).

Exam is conducted in 3 stages, first of which is Computer Based Test that consists of 100 questions & time allotted is 1 hour. Exam pattern of stage 1 is mentioned below. After stage 1, students move to Physical fitness test & then Medical examination as per merit.
