How to apply online for Indian Air Force Group X & Y 2021

In order to apply online for Air Force Group X & Y exam, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website for Airmen selection: https://airmenselection.cdac.in
• Click on “Apply Online”.
• Select “New User? Register”.
• Fill the complete details as required and click on Sign up
• A system-generated password will be sent to the registered email ID of the user.
• The candidates then need to log in with their registered email ID and password sent.
• Reset the password and login with it.
• Fill the remaining details of the registration process.

General Instructions for Indian Air Force Group X & Y 2021:

Here are some instructions for candidates as follows:

• Candidates must demonstrate their order of preference 5 exam centre decisions & three ASC’s while filling the application form. The CASB, however, reserves the right to allocate any centre other than the request specified.
• Any request for Change of Centre of Examination or Exam Date Shall Not Be Entertained.
• Candidates who are not able to report for the test on the given date and time shall not be given another other dates/shifts.
• Applications that are filled erroneously shall be rejected.
• Candidates should be ready to remain under their own agreement for the entire length of the exams. No TA / DA is eligible.
• Candidates are requested to preserve their e-mail ID and password used while registering online as it would be necessary to log in to view the results of the online test.
• Applicants applying more than once in response to this advertisement and obtaining different registration numbers for Group ‘X’, Group ‘Y’ or both, shall not be allowed to appear and their applications will be rejected.

Air Force X Y Group Application Fee 2021

In order to apply for the exam of Air Force Group X & Y 2021, candidates need to pay an examination fee of Rs. 250/-.
The payment can be made with the help of debit card, credit card, internet banking or by challan at any of the branch of Axis bank.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate should be born between 16 January 2001 and 29 December 2004.

Selection Process

1. Group ‘X’ Trades (Except Education Instructor)

• Total duration of the online test shall be 60 minutes.
• The paper will comprise of English, Physics and Mathematics as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus.

2. Group ‘Y’ Trades [Except IAF(S) and Musician].

• Total duration of the online test shall be 45 minutes.
• Paper will comprise of English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).

3. Both Group ‘X’ & ‘Y’ Trades.

• The total duration of the online test shall be 85 minutes
• Paper comprise of English, Physics, and Mathematics as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General
  Awareness (RAGA).

Marking pattern for online test:-

(i) 1 mark for every correct answer.
(ii) Nil (0) marks for unattempted question.
(iii) There are negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
