India Post 2021 Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking their career as the Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman, and MTS posts must meet certain eligibility criteria set forth by India Post 2021 Recruitment. The fundamental eligibility criteria for India Post 2021 are listed below. Age Limit
Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 27 years old for Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, Postman/Mail Guard, and 18 and 25 years old for Multi Tasking Staff.

Postman/Mail Guard | The candidate must have completed at least 12th grade from a recognized university and be fluent in the local language. The candidate must have studied the native language at least to the 10th-grade level. |
Multi-Tasking Staff | Candidate must have completed at least 10th grade from a recognized university and must be fluent in the local language. |
India Post 2021 Recruitment Selection Process
The selection will be based on educational and athletic qualifications, as well as the fulfillment of all other required qualifications and the successful verification of all documents/certificates submitted by the appropriate competent authority, failing which the candidature will be rejected unconditionally.
1st Preference: Candidates who have represented the country in an INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION and have received clearance from the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports will be given first priority.
2nd Preference: Next, those who have competed for a State/UT in SENIOR OR JUNIOR LEVEL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS organized by a National Sports Federation recognized by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports or National Games organized by Indian Olympics Association and have won medals or placed in the top three will be given priority.
India Post 2021 Recruitment Salary Structure
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to receive a salary from the respective board ranging from Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/- per month for Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, Rs. 21,700/- to Rs. 69,100/- per month for Postman/Mail Guard, and Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 56,900/- per month for Multi Tasking Staff.
India Post 2021 Recruitment Application Fee
Candidates must make an e-payment of Rs. 100 (Rupees one hundred only) to cover the application fee (using Challan Form).
