A bachelor's degree in engineering or science (4-year program) or a master's degree in science with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum.

A valid GATE score is required for admission to the M.Tech.. program in the case of regular (non-sponsored) candidates.

M. Des. Programme

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or science (4-year program), Design or Architecture with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum. Candidates holding degrees inFine Arts or Interior Design are not eligible to apply.

(A valid GATE/CEED score is required for admission to the M.Des. program in the case of regular (non-sponsored) candidates. However, the requirement of a GATE score is waived for the candidates with B.Tech. Graduates from IITs with a minimum overall CPI of 6.5 and a minimum CPI of 8.0 in the last two years in B.Tech.
