IDBI Bank may send call letters for the Examination and other information through the registered e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID/mobile number, he/she should
create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile number. Before applying online and must maintain that email account and mobile number. In case of non-reaching of the communication/information due to technical defect, error, or failure, IDBI Bank shall not be responsible for the same.

(iii) The signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person. If the Applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the examination does not match the signature uploaded, the applicant will be disqualified.

The candidates need to fill in and attach the handwritten declaration in the specified place. You need to modify your forms in accordance with the prescribed specifications. The handwritten declaration needs to be written in your own handwriting and with a black pen on white paper. Do not write the handwritten declaration in CAPITALS.

The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required”
