IBPS RRB Clerk 2022 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates can view their specific IBPS RRB Clerk prelims shift timings 2022 on their call letters. Arrive at the exam location by the shift time for the IBPS RRB Clerk exam. The admit card includes a number of instructions in addition to the shift timings for the IBPS RRB Clerk prelims exam 2022. Here are a few key instructions from the admissions card.

  • The admissions card with your photo on it, a photocopy of your identity proof stapled to it, the same (now valid) photo ID in original form, as well as one additional photograph, are required.
  • A valid recent identity card issued by a recognized college or university, Aadhar Card, E-Aadhar Card with a photograph, Employee ID, and Bar Council Identity card with a photograph are all examples of current photo identity proof.
  • Other examples include PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving License, Voter's Card with photograph, Bank Passbook with photograph, Photo Identity Proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People's Representative on official letterhead.
  • Candidates will not be permitted to take the exam if they do not have one photo pasted on the call letter and one supplementary photo.
    Candidates are required to bring an ink stamp pad, adhesive, and a photograph for the attendance sheet and their left thumb impression.

Please Note: You must keep the prelims admit card and a copy of the attached photo ID proof in a safe place after the exam (both fully authenticated/stamped by exam officials) and bring both documents to the main exam (if shortlisted).

  • Candidates must adhere to the IBPS RRB authority's online test instructions and regulations. Candidates can successfully complete the computer-based exam with the aid of the test guidelines. The IBPS panel's list of guidelines for the online test is provided below.

  • The candidates must arrive at the testing location at least fifteen minutes (1.5) before the scheduled exam time. Candidates arriving after the exam has begun will not be admitted to the testing facility.

  • The admit card must be brought by the candidate's (hard copy). Officials at the testing facility will confirm it before allowing the applicant to take the test. The admit card that was downloaded or printed from the IBPS website must be presented by the candidate upon request.

  • There is no luggage restriction inside the exam room. Inside the testing facility, candidates are not permitted to have access to calculators, slide rules, smart watches, cell phones, pens, or log tables.
