Sample answer – as given by Shanmukhapriya V

In my college, I was one of the chief editors of a magazine which helped me in understanding how to interact with many people. This will help me in dealing with different types of customers in the office. In addition to that, my final year project was a group project with a team of four. So, through this I learnt how to work as a team and through project presentations and viva, obtained confidence in facing difficult situations and how to react in such situations. Then, I went for an NSS camp during which I met people in the rural background, which also helped me in dealing with people from different backgrounds.
