IB ACIO Exam Centre Guidelines
Candidates who are going to attempt the IB ACIO 2021 Exam need to follow the below-mentioned guidelines:
- Candidates have to wear a face mask throughout the examination
- Candidates need to maintain social distancing all through the examination
- Candidate should bring their own face mask, hand gloves, personal hand sanitiser (50 ml), transparent blue/ black ballpoint pen, and water bottle
- Candidate’s temperature will be checked at the entry point via a thermal gun
- The registration of candidates will be done through photo capture, hence, candidates have to remove the face mask only at that time
- Candidates have to sit at alternative computer nodes. In case the candidate has any symptom of COVID-19 he/ she have to sit in separate isolation hall/ lab
IB ACIO 2021 Tier 1 Exam Analysis 18th February 2021 (1st Shift): General Studies and General Awareness
In the General Awareness section, Questions were asked fro 2020 Current Affairs especially January 2020. Questions were asked about government scheme, Books and authors and awards and military Exercises.
From the General Studies section, questions were asked about History, Polity, Science and Static General Knowledge.
The General Studies section and The General Awareness section, both were moderate in the difficulty level. Around 11 - 12 for the General Awareness section and around 15 - 16 for the general studies section can be taken as a safe attempt.

Going by most of the candidates, English Language, questions were easy to attempt. Idioms and phrases questions were a bit difficult. No statement based questions were seen. Mostly grammar-based questions on conjunction were seen. All in all, the English Language section was Easy to moderate in difficulty range and 13 - 15 can be taken as a good number of attempts.
