The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to be considered for HURL Recruitment through GATE 2022.

Educational Qualification for HURL Graduate Engineers

Interested candidates must meet the following educational requirements in the particular discipline.

Graduate Engineers	A bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum grade point average of 60% is required. For this position, only the GATE-2022 Score is acceptable. HURL Selection Procedure for Graduate Engineers

• Candidates will be shortlisted for the following selection process based on their GATE-2022 score:
  • Behavioural Analysis
  • Group Task (GT)/ Group Discussion (GD) 
  • Personal Interaction (PI) for assessing many aspects of knowledge, abilities, and so on.
• To be considered suitable for selection, candidates must pass the Behavioural Test, Group Discussion (GD)/ Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview (PI) independently.
• The final merit will be calculated using the GATE-2022 score as well as the candidates’ results in the Behavioural Test, Group Discussion/Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview (PI) combined.

  • A high school diploma as verification of birth date
  • Academic qualifications certificates and declarations of marks for all semesters/years of graduation.
  • Identification and address proof (passport, voter ID, driver’s licence, Aadhaar card)
  • Any other document supporting your candidacy
  • Scorecard for GATE-2022

HURL Graduate Engineer Salary and Surety Bond

Salary for HURL Graduate Engineer

• Candidates would be placed at the L1 level, with an annual CTC of Rs.700000/- as a starting salary. Candidates will be eligible for annual raises as well as performance-based raises.
• In addition to CTC, the corporation provides medical insurance to its employees and dependant family members.

HURL Graduate Engineer Surety Bond

• Candidates that are chosen will be required to sign a service agreement bond promising to work for the organisation for at least three years. The bond has a face value of 2,50,000/-.
