GSECL Junior Engineer Exam Pattern for Online Test

• The mode of examination in the GSECL JE exam is online
• The type of questions in the GSECL JE paper will be objective type questions i.e MCQ type

• The most important thing in the preparation for any exam is knowing the correct syllabus and exam pattern. Take a print-out of the Syllabus.
• Read thoroughly syllabus by yourself and point out which topics you have to cover in deep and which you already know and highlight in the syllabus itself.
• Once you have identified look at the exam pattern of the exam and plan yourself accordingly.

Analyse the previous year paper

It is important that you become familiar with the subjects that are commonly asked in the test. Instead of a headline-based approach, this is a clever way to prepare for an exam (usually done by the students these days ). Applicants will be able to cover a few important topics in this way.

Analyse the trend

• Analyse the previous trend of the exam like which subjects are asked in bulk. for ex- if you will look at the civil Engg you will find that most of the questions are asked from only 5-6 subjects only so prepare them first.
• Non-tech parts cover 40% of the syllabus so you have to equally focus on that part also, take a common book available in the market to cover this part quickly.

Time Schedule

• By this, we mean that you should never make a solid timetable with so many solid layers to cover the subtopics within a matter of minutes. Instead, focus on completing the scheduled dates as your own understanding so that you do not regret wasting time on the irrational understanding of the main points. Be flexible but purposeful.

Make a habit of reading, studying, and memorizing theoretical features but do not forget to keep them in long-term memory. Remember, the GSECL test date has not yet been set. Given the uncertainties, time can be extended, so it is advisable to review the test on Sundays.

• Now that you have determined your daily routine, follow it and follow it.
