Solution

While calculating the Thevenin resistance, voltage and current sources are replaced by their internal resistances. 

R_TH between terminals A and B is-

100 Ω and 68 Ω resistances are in series, 

120 Ω and (100 Ω and 68 Ω) are in parallel.

R_TH=(120×168)/(120+168)=70 Ω
