Brief on Communication Cycle
Communication is a two-way thing. Here, we need a sender and a receiver to complete the communication. The communication cycle begins with the sender, who decides what the message is, the message will be transferred, and the best medium to share the message. The stages of the communication cycle are interconnected with each other.
In the communication cycle, language will be verbal or nonverbal. It is important that the receiver understands the message sent by the sender. In simple words, we can say the communication cycle is a mechanism where a person transmits the message, and the other person receives that message properly.
The communication cycle is important because
- It creates harmony by bridging communication gaps.
- It resolves communication misunderstandings.
- It reduces mistakes.
- It results in improved client safety, etc.
