NRA CET Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation level based
- Higher secondary level based (12th Based)
- Matriculate (10th Based)
How candidates will apply for a different post?
From the above image, it is clear that all the graduated candidates may be allowed to fill the application form for all the three categories mentioned above. Candidates falling into the category of higher secondary might be allowed to fill the form for the post coming under the educational conditions of Higher secondary and Matriculate whereas candidates clearing 10th would be allowed to apply for the post for falling under this category only.
Age Criteria for CET
There will be upper age limit restriction for the candidates although relaxation to categories like SC, ST, OBC will be given. But as the minimum educational qualification for CET is matriculate we can expect the minimum age to be 18 years and maximum to be 30 years based on the age limit criteria mentioned by each board till date.
Exam Pattern of NRA CET
Although there is no official announcement regarding the same, we can expect four subjects for the screening process. These are:
- Mathematics (To check aptitude skills)
- Reasoning Test
- English Language Test
- General awareness/General Science
Marks and the time limit of the exam is yet to be announced officially by the government. We know there are exams under Bank, SSC and railway where either quant or English is excluded from the preliminary exam. But if the Government is going to combine the screening test for all the categories, we can expect these subjects in the CET test. Further details will be clarified only after the announcement of the exam pattern from the government.
The current common preliminary examination pattern for the Bank PO/Clerk exams is as follows:
