Exam shift timing is a crucial aspect of any exam. To avoid any extra confusion right before the exam, you should keep in mind the exam schedule, reporting time, and so on. Please see the table below for the ECGC PO exam schedule.

ECGC PO Exam 2022: Exam Center Guidelines

Candidates are requested to go through the important exam center guidelines below to avoid any unnecessary mess just before the exam.

• Try to reach the exam center at least 15 minutes before the reporting timing indicated on the admit card.
• Any stationery item, such as printed or written text, scraps of paper, a Geometry/Pencil Box, a Plastic Pouch, a Calculator, a Scale, a Writing Pad, Pen Drives, a Log Table, an Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc and any type of communication devices, such as a cell phone, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, or fitness band, etc are strictly prohibited in the exam center.
• You can bring a transparent water bottle and stamp pad inside the exam center.
• Any other things that could be used to conceal communication devices such as cameras, Bluetooth devices, etc are not allowed in the exam center.
• Bring the printout of the call letter with a photo affixed to it along with 2 original recent passport size photographs.
• Bring an original photo identity like an Aadhar card, Voter ID card, or PAN Card along with one xerox copy with you to the exam center.
• You are suggested to bring a ballpoint pen with you to the exam center and rough copies will be provided in the exam hall.

ECGC PO Exam 2022: Important Instructions for Candidates

Students going to appear in the ECGC PO exam 2022 are suggested to read the below important instructions.

• Candidates are suggested to go through the call letter twice before the exam day and check important information such as roll number, password, date, time, and venue of the exam.
• You are advised to locate your exam center one day in advance in order to safely reach the center on the exam day and thereby avoid unnecessary rush just before the exam.
• The call letter should be brought with you to the examination venue along with your recent passport size photograph duly pasted on it.
• You should take with you a ballpoint pen. Sheets of paper will be provided.

ECGC PO Exam 2022: Important Social Distance and Covid-19 Instructions:

Kindly read the important Covid-19 and social distance guidelines for the ECGC PO Exam 2022 before going to attempt the exam.

• Take your mask and sanitizer to the exam center.
• Aarogya Setu App must be installed on the candidate's phone. The candidate will have to show the risk factor displayed on his/her cell phone to the security guard. If a candidate does not have a smartphone, he or she must produce a signed declaration to that effect (which is included with this Admission Letter) and show it to the Security Guard before entering the exam venue.
• Candidates should follow the required social distance norms and stand in a row as requested in the exam center.
