Solution
Duty factor= On-time period or high period/Time period of pulse width = Ton/(Ton+Toff)
Given data is,
High period = 8 ms
Time period of pulse = 32 ms
Duty factor= 8 ×10-3/32 ×10-3=0.25=25%
∴The duty factor is 25%.
