3. Word: Distort (विकृत करना)

  • Pronunciation: dih-stawrt/डिस्टॉर्ट
  • Part of Speech: Verb
  • Meaning: give a misleading or false account or impression of.
  • Synonyms:  misrepresent, pervert, twist, falsify
  • Antonyms: clarify, demonstrate
  • Use in a Sentence: The loudspeaker seemed to distort his voice.

4.  Word: Manifest (स्पष्ट करना)

  • Pronunciation: /मैनफेस्ट
  • Part of Speech: Adjective, Noun
  • Meaning: 
    a. clear or obvious to the eye or mind. [Adjective]
    b. show (a quality or feeling) by one's acts or appearance; demonstrate. [Verb]
  • Synonyms: evident, exhibit
  • Antonyms: vague, obscure
  • Usage in a Sentence: You manifest what you believe, not what you want.

5. Word: Stipulation (अनुबंध)

  • Pronunciation: stip-yuh-ley-shuh n/ स्टिप्यलेशन
  • Part of Speech: Noun
  • Meaning: a condition or requirement that is specified or demanded as part of an agreement.
  • Synonyms: condition, requirement, precondition, provision, prerequisite, requisite
  • Antonyms: implication, request
  • Usage in a Sentence: We agreed to the deal with the stipulation that she pay the expenses herself.

6.  Word: Inducement (प्रोत्साहन)

  • Pronunciation: इन्डूस्मन्ट/in-doos-muhnt
  • Part of Speech: Noun
  • Meaning:
    a. a thing that persuades or leads someone to do something
  • Synonyms: incentive, encouragement, encouragement
  • Antonyms: deterrent, damper, dissuasion
  • Usage in a sentence: The companies were prepared to build only in return for massive inducements.

7. Word: Obligation (अनुग्रह)

  • Pronunciation: ob-li-gey-shuhn/आब्लगैशन
  • Part of Speech: Noun
  • Meaning: 
    a. an act or course of action to which a person is morally or legally bound; a duty or commitment.
    b. the condition of being morally or legally bound to do something.
    c. a debt of gratitude for a service or favour.
  • Synonyms: responsibility, agreement
  • Antonyms: entreat, liberty
  • Use in a Sentence: You are under no obligation to answer our questions.

8.  Word: Unviable (अलाभकारी)

  • Pronunciation: un-vahy-uh-buhl/ अनवाइअबल
  • Part of Speech: Adjective
  • Meaning: not capable of working successfully; not feasible.
  • Synonyms: infeasible, impracticable, unsustainable
  • Antonyms: feasible, viable, possible
  • Usage in a sentence: The commission found the plan to be financially unviable.

9. Word: Populism (लोकलुभावनवाद)

  • Pronunciation: pop-yuh-liz-um
  • Part of Speech: Noun
  • Meaning: related to policies that supposedly represent the opinions of ordinary people , support for the rights and powers of ordinary people
  • Synonyms: demagogy, rabble-rousing 
  • Usage in a sentence The candidate’s ability to align himself with the prejudices of the poor made him a product of populism.

10. Word: Resurgence (पुनरुत्थान)

  • Pronunciation: ri-sur-juh nt/ रीसर्जन्स
  • Part of Speech: Noun
  • Meaning: an increase or revival after a period of little activity, popularity, or occurrence.
  • Synonyms: revival, resurrection, renewal, rebirth
  • Antonyms: attenuation, disappearance, disintegration, lapse, breakdown
  • Usage in a Sentence: There has been some resurgence in economic activity recently.
