  • He will serve as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in PNB, until January 31, 2022, and PNB chief until December 31, 2024.
  • He succeeded Mallikarjuna Rao.
  • In his place, Soma Sankara Prasad has been appointed as MD & CEO of UCO Bank.
  • HQs of Punjab National Bank: New Delhi.

10. PM inaugurates Kanpur Metro Rail Project
