CTET 2022 Registration/Application Number Forgotten – Steps to Recover

- There will be two papers on CTET.
(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
(ii) Paper-II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI toVIII.
Note: A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both papers (Paper I and Paper II).

CTET Forgot Registration/Application Number
1. First of all candidates need to fill the CTET Application form via the link – https://ctet.nic.in/.
2. To know the forgot application number and registration number candidates need to fill the form first and afterwards only registered candidates can click on Forgot Password? and Forgot Application No?

On this landing, page candidates can view three questions out of which candidates need to answer anyone.
- Using Security Question & its Answer you have chosen during Form filling.
- Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No.
- Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address.

5. To Know forgot Application Number?
Candidates who have forgotten their application number need to follow the following steps to know the application number. Candidates need to fill the following:-
- Candidate Name
- Father Name
- Mother Name
- Date of Birth
- Security Pin

From now onwards (December 2021) CTET will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode only.
