CSIR IPU Recruitment 2022: Project Assistant Job, Conditions and Instructions

CSIR IPU has released notification as the applications are invited for the interested and eligible candidates (Indian nationals) to work on a project titled Intellectual Property Management. The job offer released by the CSIR IPU is temporary and on a contract basis. The engagement period will be up to 31 March 2023, and in case it gets extended, it will be up to 31 March 2026. The review committee, as deemed, will review any tenure of any project staff beyond 31 March 2023. The notified location for the activities for the project will be at CSIR-Innovation Protection Unit (IPU), Vigyan Suchana Bhavan, 14, Satsang Vihar Marg, New Delhi – 110 067.

Age Criteria:

The candidates can be 50 years or less by age to apply for the CSIR IPU 2022 Recruitment for Assistant professors.

CSIR IPU Recruitment 2022: Monthly Emoluments

The candidates selected in the examination of the CSIR IPU Recruitment 2022 will be paid the monthly payments as 20,000 INR-+ HRA increment of 15% for 3 years of
experience with a maximum ceiling of 4 such revisions, i.e. up to 12 years of experience.

CSIR IPU Recruitment 2022: General Conditions

Here are a few general conditions that the candidates must go through to have a clear view of the conditions and instructions for the CSIR PUR 2022 recruitment.

• The candidates who are interested and eligible can fill out the online forms on the website http://recruitment.ccmb.res.in/IPU/ 
• The candidates should carefully write the position code before
  submission online form.
• The Candidates willing to apply for more than one position can separately apply for the positions.
• The applications received from the other mode and the incomplete applications will get declined.
• The Candidates must fulfil the required qualification other criteria mentioned on the date of the advertisement for these positions.
• The candidates from the final semester and the results awaited are not eligible for the posts mentioned above.
• The contract period mentioned above applies to all the positions that the candidates are willing to apply for and will have no rights on the candidates whatsoever, explicitly or implicitly, for their continuation beyond tenure/regularization/absorption in CSIR. The Contract may get terminated at any time at a notice of one month from stipend instead of one month on either side thereof.
• The Project staff will be governed under the Guidelines relating to the engagement of project staff in CSIR Projects, including NMITLI projects, OLP/MLP, Contracts.
  R&D and non-CSIR funded Projects issued by CSIR vide OM No.4/CMG/2020-TMDII dated 13 August 2020 or any other guidelines issued by CSIR in the period.
• The Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualification does not confer any rights in a candidate for being called for an interview. In case of receiving many applications for the posts, the screening committee will have a higher criterion to shortlist the applications. The candidates with qualifications and experience over and above advertising will be given preference.
• The written test and Interview candidates who get shortlisted candidates will be released on the official CSIR website https://www.csir.res.in/.
• The Interview of shortlisted candidates can take place online as well as offline. The details for that information will be released on the CSIR website.
• The candidates will be paid TA/DA for attending the written test or the Interview.
• The CSIR-IPU will make a panel to fill the positions for the waitlisted candidates. That certain panel will be valid for a year from the date of notification of the result or until the completion of the project. It depends upon which conditions arrives first.
• If the candidates are currently working, then they will have to bring a no-objection certificate from their current employer at the time of joining. 
• In case the candidate gets selected, their information will be verified from the original documents by the officials. The letter of offer can get cancelled in case of any dispute.
• The candidates must bring their original certificates/ testimonials at the time of the Interview or the written test. They should bring the joining along with two copies of self-attested passport-sized photographs and also a set of copies of testimonials/certificates of their age, experience (if any), qualification, marks obtained etc.
• The candidates who belong to the reserved categories must bring the documents to support their categories issued by the competent authority at the time of the Interview/written test/Joining to which they belong (along with self-attested copies of the same).
• The Candidature will be considered purely provisional subject to the eligibility criteria mentioned.
• The CSIR-IPU reserves Head has access to increase/ decrease the number of positions needed and can also cancel the recruitment process for the required positions mentioned above at any stage. The Head of CSIR-IPU decided that will be considered the final decision.
• The candidates found canvassing in any form will immediately be considered disqualified.
