CAT 2022 Question Paper Analysis

There were 3 slots in the CAT exam. Note the below section to get an idea about the slot-wise analysis of the CAT 2022 Question Paper.

CAT Question Paper 2022 – Slot 1 Analysis

As per analysis, the overall difficulty level for CAT 2022 Question Paper Slot 1 is moderate.

• The VARC section of the CAT Question Paper 2022 was Moderate. There were 24 questions in total, of which 16 (4 sets) were from RC passages, and 8 were from Verbal ability.
• The DILR section of the CAT 2022 Question Paper was Moderate. A total of 20 questions were asked, and there were no DI sets.
• The QA section was Easy – Moderate, and the numbers of TITA questions were 8. Most of the questions were asked in arithmetic and algebra.

CAT 2022 Question Paper – Slot 2 Analysis

The difficulty level of CAT Question Paper 2022 slot 2 was Moderate.

• DILR was easier than Slot 1. However, the overall difficulty level was moderate.
• The VARC section of the CAT 2022 Question Paper was moderate, with 4 sets of RC passages. The total numbers of TITA questions in this section were 3.
• Questions were asked about arithmetic and algebra in the QA section. The QA section was found tougher in slot 2 than in Slot 1 of CAT 2022.

CAT 2022 Question Paper – Slot 3 Analysis

The overall difficulty level of CAT Previous Year Question Paper 2022 slot 3 was moderate.

• VARC questions in CAT 2022 Question Paper were of moderate difficulty level. The total numbers of TITA questions were 3.
• TITA questions in QA were lengthy.
• DILR Section was moderately difficult. In DILR, there were 4 sets of 5 questions each.
